This week, I'm grateful for...Walks!
Every day, I make sure to step away from my desk and take at least one walk around the block - even if my schedule is packed. The fresh air and exercise recharge both my body and my brain.
I walk quite quickly, so it doesn’t take very long, and my Fitbit allows me to turn it into a game by competing against my time from the day before. The added challenge really enhances the fun!
