one-on-one coaching

Here’s who I typically work with:

  • Chiefs of Staff and Principals

  • Early executives in career transition

  • Founders and leadership teams of private equity backed companies

(If you don’t fit neatly into these categories, no worries, many of my clients are around the edges of these. We can chat, if I’m not the right fit, I’m happy to connect you with someone in my network.)

At every career stage, give yourself an advantage with coaching:

  • C-Level Executives

  • Senior Executives

  • Early Executives

  • High Potential Leaders

  • Individuals in Career Transition

You’ve got options:

  • Single Session: Address a specific topic or issue.

  • Group of Sessions: Dive deeper with a multi-session package.

  • Retainer: Priority access for ongoing support.

How Does a Session Work:

  • This varies based on the objective and scope of the engagement, but generally include a mix of scenario-based and skill-based work.

  • Scenario-based topics are where you’d bring a real-world topic to discuss, such as how to setup and plan a new type of internal team meeting, having a tough conversation with a team member, rolling out new KPIs, creating a targeted job outreach list, or doing a dry-run of an upcoming presentation with real-time feedback (board meeting, investor pitch, team meeting, client demo).

  • Skill-based topics focus on developing skills in general like improving communication, influencing without authority, making high-quality decisions, boosting confidence, and overall well-being.

  • You can choose between a 60-minute session and a 30-minute session. Some topics are best suited for a full hour, while others are more of a quick check-in. I’ve found people appreciate the flexibility of a 30-minute option, especially once we get into things past the first session or two.

How Much Does It Cost?

  • Most starter packages range from $1,000 to $2,000.

  • It depends. I customize each coaching engagement. A single session to prep a director for a panel interview is very different from a 12-month retainer for a new CEO.

  • I’m happy to chat and put together a plan that helps you get the most out of coaching.
